In two weeks, you get:
- A current-state analysis — what your system is actually built on, how big it is, where the risk is concentrated, and what shape the code is really in.
- A prioritized roadmap — what to modernize first, what can wait, and why. Sequenced so each phase delivers value on its own.
- Effort and cost estimates — realistic numbers for each phase, so you can budget and decide.
- A risk assessment — security exposure from unsupported frameworks, key-person dependencies, and what breaks first if nothing changes.
- A clear recommendation — refactor, rebuild, or replace, with the reasoning behind it.
- A walkthrough call — we go through the findings together and you ask whatever you want.
